SiarScéal is a voluntary organisation supported by public donations, business sponsorship, government funding, endowments from arts and literary organisations. The festival and events that we organise are open to the general public.

The Festival and the associated Hanna Greally International Literary Awards have been running continuously since 2007. We remain committed to continuing to provide this useful and valuable resource in the years to come, celebrating the lives and history the people of Roscommon and further afield, serving the artistic and literary community as well as the wider public.
